The Passive Collection System is an advanced hybrid intelligence solution that observes network traffic and processes all mobile transactions through a data mining engine. The result is a feature rich technology able to provide layers of intelligence from the analytical processing of data captured when targeting suspected criminal and terrorist organizations who use mobile phones.

In addition to Voice monitoring, Law Enforcement Agencies appreciate the abilities to gain more information on their targets during an investigation. With the Network Survey Collector, there is no need to ask the phone company for network information or sensitive data. All collection technologies are built-in ; the user engages the system and puts it in his pocket as he moves inside or outside of cells.

This global data collection method is small, compact, and goes in places that larger, drive drive test survey systems are unable to gain access to.

The Active Intercept features real-time mobile collection of voice and sms on both random and targeted traffic. Collection range is expandable to increase the radius of surveillance, should be on the move.  When the Active Intercept is deployed, mobile identity discovery and tracking are also powerful features available to the surveillance officer.

Each solution can be customized for operational network compatibility, where the surveillance officer requires a low-footprint monitor communications. Options for pure 2G and 3G interrogation are par of the system’s capabilities.

Incoming and outgoing calls of targets in range can be listened to or recorded. In addition, the system can be used to:
